Once an order is placed, we take 1 to 3 business days to process it. During weekdays, this is usually within one working day, but if you place your order on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 8 to 12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Margo and Grace is designed to be as simple as possible.

First, visit the product page and add your chosen item to the basket by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.

Make sure you’ve selected the correct variations. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

On the information page, fill in your contact details. Ensure all information is accurate.

Once complete, click “Continue to Shipping”.

On the Shipping page, you can double-check the delivery address. It is also clearly stated that every order ships completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.

You can then click “Continue to Payment”.
